Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Operations Assistant Manager to support the Facilities Operations Manager in delivering clean, functional facilities and excellent member service. This full-time role advances team training, oversees safety compliance, and aids in budgeting while adapting to an opposing shift from the Manager.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED within 30 days, and AFO/CPO certifications with flexible hours to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• AFO certification required.
• CPO license within 3 months of hire.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains locker rooms, fitness floors, common areas and amenities.
• Responds to member feedback with urgency and follows up with solutions.
• Assists in monthly and annual budget recommendations.
• Trains team members through ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Serves on the club Safety Committee ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Assists with recruiting and interviewing for Operations.
• Attends weekly department and all club meetings.
• Gleans feedback and builds relationships with members.
• Coordinates and creates Operations staff schedules.
