Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Operations Assistant Manager to help deliver clean, well-maintained facilities and exceptional member service. The role supports the Facilities Operations Manager, trains staff, and helps manage safety, budgeting, and scheduling.

You will work with the Operations team to ensure locker rooms, fitness spaces, and amenities meet standards while fostering positive member relationships and timely responses to feedback.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Aquatic Facilities Operator Certification (AFO) required.
• CPO license required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assists staff in maintaining locker rooms, fitness floors, common areas, and amenities.
• Responds to member feedback with urgency and provides follow up communication with solutions.
• Assists the manager with monthly and annual budget recommendations.
• Assists in training team members through ongoing training, coaching, counseling, and continuous feedback.
• Serves on the club Safety Committee ensuring policies and regulations are in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Assists with the recruiting and interviewing for the Operations department.
• Attends weekly department head, Operations department, and all club meetings.
• Builds positive relationship with members while gathering feedback.
• Coordinates and creates Operations staff schedules.
