Job summary

Life Time Inc. in California seeks a Facility Operations Supervisor to perform safety checks and repairs, ensuring the club remains safe and clean.

You will work the opposite schedule of the Facility Operations Manager and act as Manager on Duty when needed. Responsibilities include maintaining building cleanliness, ensuring safe conditions, conducting repairs, and participating in safety training and inspections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule to meet business needs.
• Ability to operate basic machinery and tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of building and grounds at all times.
• Ensures all conditions in the facility are safe.
• Conducts general repairs and routine maintenance.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment working.
• Participates in safety training and safety inspections.
