Job summary

Pleasant Valley Corporation, a national leader in facility management and commercial construction, seeks a Facility Coordinator to be the primary contact for nationwide clients. You will resolve maintenance issues and ensure high-quality service delivery to sustain client satisfaction.

Role requires 1–3 years of related experience, strong telephone-based customer service, and basic construction knowledge. This onsite position is based in Medina, OH, with responsibilities across multiple

Qualifications

• One to three years of related experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year resolving client issues in facilities management or call centers.
• Strong telephone-based customer service and basic construction knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client maintenance requests and assess concerns; follow procedures to resolve issues.
• Create work orders, solicit bids, and manage service agreements with vendors.
• Manage an average of 50–70 open work orders concurrently; close about 5 per day.
• Maintain communication with vendors and document progress using PVC Connect and the Customer Portal.
• Follow company guidelines, monitor vendor performance, and ensure timely project delivery.
