Qualifications

• Proficient with CRM systems and reporting tools.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients across local and corporate levels.
• Manage 45–60 open work orders concurrently with varying values.
• Create and manage work orders; source subcontractors for timely service.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and stakeholders; negotiate quotes.
• Support rollouts, bids, and identify opportunities for additional business.
