Job summary

The Recreation-Facility Attendant role at Paycom - ATS supports daily operations of the facility, ensuring rules compliance, reservations processing, and upkeep of spaces and equipment. You will assist with setup/teardown for events, manage front desk tasks, and help maintain a clean, safe environment for users and staff.

Strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to follow verbal/written instructions are essential.

Qualifications

• Provide professional customer service and handle inquiries at the front desk.
• Follow verbal and written instructions to operate facilities
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of facility spaces and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Front Desk register, process reservations and payments.
• Set up/tear down tables, chairs, and equipment for events as directed.
• Inspect equipment, report damages to supervisor, and ensure overall facility upkeep.
• Inform users of facility Rules and Regulations as needed.
• Assist in ongoing housekeeping and routine maintenance tasks.
