Volunteers of America Northern California & Northern Nevada, Inc. is recruiting for variable hour Facility Assistant positions at The Village on Sage Street in Reno, NV.

Responsibilities include maintaining safe, clean housing, assisting tenants, and supporting program objectives during 8AM-4PM, 4PM-12AM, and 12AM-8AM shifts. Qualifications require CPR/First Aid within 90 days, ability to work irregular hours, and strong teamwork with tenants and staff.

Formación

• Must be able to communicate and comprehend oral and written instructions.
• CPR and First Aid training within 90 days of employment and annual TB testing.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and shift coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure quality service in a safe, non-judgmental manner for tenants.
• Perform housekeeping, janitorial, and basic maintenance duties.
• Maintain shift logs and incident reports; monitor grounds security.
• Assist with tenant leases and community activities.
• Communicate with staff, administrators, and external program representatives.
