Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and comprehend instructions; serve participants without prejudice.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and handle safety concerns.

Responsibilities

• Explain rules and assist residents with daily routines.
• Coordinate meals, bedding, showers, and laundry.
• Provide awake shift coverage and maintain a presence on grounds.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and incident reports.
• Assist with participant property management and boutique operations.
• Support crisis de‑escalation and coordinate with staff and external agencies.
