Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance or construction.
• Ability to pass fingerprint clearance and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the interior and exterior of assigned buildings, parking lots and grounds in good condition.
• Performs or assists in minor repairs such as carpentry, plumbing, interior painting, refurbishing and cleaning.
• Keeps tools and stock in good order and conducts regular inspections of buildings and grounds.
• Drives company vehicle for pickup and delivery of supplies as required.
