Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training and development; conduct evaluations and coaching; oversee hiring.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities; set schedules; cross-train staff; monitor deadlines.
• Build and maintain client relationships; negotiate with clients, partners, and associates to align priorities.
• Ensure team support is efficient and consistent; suggest process improvements and strategic solutions.
• Assess training and technology needs; follow safety standards for staff, clients, and vendors.
• Develop vendor partnerships for cost savings; manage contract service negotiations; verify insurance and contracts.
• Oversee programs by third-party vendors (food delivery, events, transportation, mail); ensure invoices are billed.
• Lead by example; model CBRE RISE values; align actions with shared goals.
• Apply disciplinary knowledge to work with other teams to achieve objectives.
• Identify and troubleshoot day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
