Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to lead teams delivering concierge, reception, projects and programs, meeting & events, and office admin across a large campus. You will supervise staff, drive training and coaching, and ensure top-notch client service.

You will coordinate daily activities across locales, manage schedules, and mentor the team while maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors to optimize operations and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Extremely organized with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training and development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching; oversee recruiting and hiring.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities across multiple locales; set work schedules and cross-train staff.
• Build and maintain a trusted client relationship; negotiate with clients and partners to resolve priorities.
• Ensure team support is efficient and aligned with client expectations; suggest process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Assess training needs for Workplace Experience teams and clients; adhere to safety standards.
• Develop vendor partnerships; manage contract service negotiations and verify insurance and documentation.
• Oversee projects and programs with teams, client orgs, and vendors; manage food delivery, events, transportation, mail, and invoicing.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values to influence stakeholders.
