Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Workplace Services Manager Level 1 to support a facilities team and workplace experience at a specific location or campus. You will help implement policies, hospitality, and services to ensure a well-managed building, prioritizing safety and positive client relations.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, coordinating with vendors, and supporting executives with meeting setups and logistics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution (required).
• Customer service, hospitality, or reception experience (preferred).
• Experience in security, facilities, or access control environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including reception, events, janitorial, life-safety, and maintenance in line with C&W policies and client directives.
• Ensure a warm, clear, and effective communication with employees, guests, vendors, and hosts to meet requests.
• Manage reception coverage during business hours and assist employees as needed.
