Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to help run a designated facility, ensuring smooth daily operations and an exceptional workplace experience for employees, clients, guests, and vendors. The role blends operational leadership with front-of-house responsibilities under the Facilities Manager's direction.

You will support safety, functionality, and presentation of the space, while upholding service standards, handling vendor coordination, and contributing to reports

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Facilities Management or related field required; on-the-job experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across the facility, including janitorial, life-safety, engineering, and front-of-house services.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional experience for employees, clients, guests, and vendors.
• Manage visitor procedures, logs, and safety protocols in coordination with security.
