Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service, hospitality, or reception experience preferred.
• Experience in security, facilities, or access control environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including reception, events, janitorial, life-safety, engineering, site services.
• Provide warm, clear communication to employees, guests, and vendors.
• Manage reception coverage and assist employees; support Lost & Found and luggage management.
• Create and assign work orders to engineering staff, subcontractors and vendors; monitor status.
• Assist Executives and VIPs with meeting setup, catering, and supply needs.
• Ensure contract compliance, insurance requirements, and coordinate claims.
• Inspect facility proactively and report issues to Regional Facilities Leadership.
