Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Facilities Technician in Durham, NH, to maintain the property’s buildings and equipment and ensure high-quality resident service. You will respond to maintenance requests, perform preventive maintenance, and prepare apartments for turnovers, while keeping detailed records and coordinating with the supervisor for parts and materials.

You should have a high school diploma, a current CPO or plan to obtain one within six months, and the ability to work a flexible

Qualifications

• Strong communication and safety awareness are required.
• Willingness to work after-hours and weekends as needed.
• Ability to travel to the property and respond to emergencies.
• Basic computer skills to document work and parts used.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property condition per SOPs, OSHA, and industry standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs (appliance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical).
• Prepare apartments for turnovers and ensure timely completion of service requests.
• Document work performed, parts used, and follow-up items with clear notes.
• Promote positive resident relations through professional service and attitude.
• Handle routine clean-up and maintain clean, organized work areas.
