Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Facilities Technician to support on-site maintenance and turnover readiness at our properties. You will respond to work orders, perform preventive tasks, and ensure safety and reliability of buildings and equipment.

You should be able to lift up to 100 lbs, hold a valid driver’s license, and work flexible hours, including after-hours emergencies. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school/GED required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or plan to obtain within six months.
• Clear, effective communication and safety-minded attitude.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet after-hours needs.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property condition per SOPs, OSHA, and industry standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep apartments ready for turnover.
• Document work performed, parts used, and supplies needed daily.
• Assist in responding to service requests promptly and professionally.
• Promote positive relations with residents, staff, contractors, and management.
• Handle basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical tasks, and cleaning.
