Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain the physical condition of our properties, respond to maintenance requests, perform preventive maintenance, and prepare apartments for turnovers. The role emphasizes safety and delivering top-notch service to our residents.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel as needed; a Certified Pool Operator certification or plan to obtain within six months is preferred.

Qualifications

• CPO certification or plan to obtain within six months.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Safety procedures knowledge; punctual and dependable.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition of the property according to SOPs, OSHA and industry standards.
• Perform routine maintenance/repair to keep apartments ready in a timely manner.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and document work performed daily.
• Assist in processing service requests and ensuring completion.
• Promote good relations with residents, staff, contractors, and management.
