Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Facilities Technician II in New Hampshire to handle maintenance, preventive tasks, and apartment turnovers. You will work in a fast-paced, collegiate environment, logging service requests in CMMS, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, 3–5 years of maintenance experience, HVAC/EPA 608 certification, and CPO certification or intent to obtain within six months.

Qualifications

• High school/GED or trade school diploma and 3–5 years of full-time maintenance experience
• HVAC certification/EPA 608 (Core, Type I, II & III) required
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or plan to obtain within six months
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Knowledge of key management and security systems
• Flexible schedule to accommodate after-hours and weekend emergencies
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to use Entrata, CMMS and BAS systems

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and preventive maintenance tasks
• Maintain property in line with SOPs, OSHA, and industry standards
• Perform routine maintenance on major building systems such as BAS, HVAC, electrical, plumbing
• Inspect and maintain life safety systems and emergency equipment
• Coordinate with vendors and the Facilities Supervisor on schedules and priorities
• Assist in safety and disaster preparedness planning
• Document work performed, parts used, and follow-up needs
