Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-family or commercial building maintenance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks to meet standards.
• Schedule and prioritize work orders, completing them within 48 hours.
• Repair HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and fixtures as needed.
• Assist in prioritizing work and maintaining equipment.
• Complete site-level inspections and trainings; respond to on-call needs.
• Maintain safe, respectful interactions with residents and vendors.
