Job summary

Marsden Services, L.L.C. is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician Level II or III in the United States.

The role involves completing maintenance work safely and on time, performing building repairs, and supporting preventive maintenance for multi-family or commercial properties. The position offers an hourly wage of $30.00–$35.00 with a $75 deployment bonus per paid shift when deployed, and shifts from 9am to 3pm, 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 2-year Technical Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four years multi-family or commercial building maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Excel and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to meet standards and laws.
• Schedule, prioritize, and ensure timely completion of all work orders (48 hours).
• Complete basic repairs related to HVAC, electrical, carpentry, fixtures, plumbing, appliances, and windows.
• Assist in prioritizing work orders and monitoring maintenance of buildings and equipment.
• Conduct site-level preventative maintenance inspections and duties.
• Prepare vacant units as assigned.
• Work with vendor teams on maintenance projects.
• Maintain inventory of hand tools and supplies for the workshop.
• Maintain professional conduct with residents, vendors, and the public.
• Provide on-call emergency maintenance services as scheduled.
• Assist in training and mentoring new maintenance technicians.
• Attend trainings and keep certifications current.
• Comply with safety program requirements and promote safety in the workplace.
