Job summary

Marsden Services, L.LC. seeks a Property Maintenance Technician Level II or III for a single Lubbock property. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and unit preparations while coordinating with residents, vendors, and property management.

Hours are 25 per week on 10am–3pm shifts, with an on-call rotation and deployment bonus of $75 per paid shift. Ideal candidates have hands-on trade skills, problem solving, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-year technical degree or equivalent preferred.
• Four years of multi-family or commercial building maintenance experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills including email, time entry, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance to meet standards and laws.
• Schedule, prioritize, and complete work orders within 48 hours.
• Complete basic repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Assist in prioritizing work orders and monitor maintenance of buildings and equipment.
• Maintain on-call emergency maintenance as scheduled.
• Train and mentor new technicians.
