Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule vendors and contractors for repairs outside routine maintenance.
• Maintain service history and reminders for next maintenance due dates.
• Ensure safety and proper procedures to protect staff and residents.
• Perform minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting tasks as per work orders.
• Complete forms and update KWPMC work order system.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and document actions.
