Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Operating Engineer to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across assigned properties. You will perform preventive maintenance, monitor energy management, and handle repairs to HVAC, pumps and electrical systems.

The role requires at least 5 years of related experience, appropriate trade licenses, and flexibility to work shifts. A high school diploma or GED is required, with an apprentice program preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial property.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC duties for buildings.
• Maintain heating, chillers, Pumps, VAV, and air distribution systems.
• Inspect and repair building systems; monitor energy management.
