Job summary

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and system performance reviews. A High School Diploma or GED with 4–5 years of related experience is required, with Universal CFC certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Universal CFC certification is preferred.
• Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.
• Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, electrical, life safety, and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program and optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Review building systems to ensure operation within design conditions and safety standards.
