Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review building systems inspections (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) to ensure operation within design specs.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines.
• Lead by example and build consensus within teams.
