Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment and grounds.
• Inspect fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing and electrical to ensure proper operation.
• Oversee work by outside contractors and coordinate materials and schedules.
• Maintain energy management programs and safety records.
• Respond to emergencies and document maintenance activities.
