Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. Universal CFC certification is preferred.
• Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.
• Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and company directives related to building operations and safety.
• Maintain an energy management program to operate systems efficiently.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow safety policies for storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review building system inspections to ensure operation within design specifications.
• Apply standard principles and procedures to complex assignments and provide solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines.
