Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance required.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Conduct daily inspections of the community to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to support capital projects and Turn contracts.
• Order, maintain, and manage inventory of supplies, parts, and tools within budget.
• Communicate with Community Manager regarding maintenance or budget issues.
• Assist with developing and managing maintenance budget expenditures.
• Oversee Preventative Maintenance program and site inspections.
• Support on-call emergency maintenance after hours and weekends.
