Ymp-Real-Estate-Management-2 is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team across buildings, facilities and grounds. You will manage preventative maintenance, schedule repairs, ensure safety compliance, and respond to tenant requests while maintaining quality service.

Key qualifications include a HS diploma, 5 years of related experience, HVAC and EPA certifications, and hands-on tool skills.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED.
• 5 years related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HVAC Certification.
• EPA Certification.
• MUST have experience working with distressed or aged properties.
• Must have your own basic tools – drill, flashlight, screwdriver, hammer, tool set/sockets, etc.

Mansioni

• Oversees maintenance technicians in the maintenance of the Company’s buildings, facilities, and streets.
• Maintains day-to-day operations and oversees the maintenance team.
• Supervises technicians in the maintenance and repair of facilities.
• Plans, schedules, selects, or approves, and requisitions necessary equipment and related supplies.
• Oversees all work in progress to ensure quality, timeliness, and safety.
