Job summary

Landmark-Properties,-Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the facilities program and protect the asset value.

You will manage the maintenance budget, coordinate preventative maintenance, and lead the facilities team to complete service requests and capital projects at the community in Athens, GA. The role requires 3+ years in facilities maintenance, EPA/CPO certifications, and proficiency with Entrata or similar software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
• EPA and CPO certifications required.
• Knowledge of Entrata or similar property management software preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and repairs promptly.
• Inspect community daily for maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Manage inventory of supplies and parts within budget.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on maintenance budgets and capital projects.
• Oversee annual Turn processes: unit inspections, make-readies, and related activities.
• Lead Facilities Team members and participate in hiring, training, and development.
• Keep a safe, organized work area and respond to on-call emergencies.
