Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the facilities program, ensure timely service requests, and drive the preventative maintenance and capital projects across the community.

You will lead the Facilities Team, coordinate with the Community Manager, manage inventory and vendors, and ensure safety, compliance, and excellent resident service on a daily basis. This role also requires strong organization and problem-solving, with occasional weekend on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in facilities maintenance.
• CPO and EPA certifications required.
• Working knowledge of Entrata or similar property management software required.
• Strong problem-solving skills with clear communication and judgement.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned service requests and repairs promptly.
• Conduct daily inspections of the community to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors for capital projects and annual contracts.
• Order, maintain, and manage inventory of supplies, parts, and tools within budget.
• Communicate with Community Manager regarding maintenance or budgeting items.
• Assist with planning and managing maintenance budget spend.
