Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across the community, handling service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff supervision. You will ensure safety standards, manage vendor relationships, and maintain records of work orders and compliance.

The role requires High School Diploma or Equivalent, EPA & CPO certification, and basic computer skills, with HVAC knowledge favored.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and staff.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards.
• Manage and order maintenance supplies within budget.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend life of community.
• Supervise maintenance staff and provide training and direction.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely service request responses.
• Plan and utilize property resources efficiently; obtain bids from vendors.
• Walk units to ensure make-ready and work orders are completed.
