Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Gainesville, FL to oversee the facilities program and lead the Facilities Team. You will ensure timely service requests, manage preventive maintenance, and coordinate capital projects, with emphasis on safety and curb appeal.

The role requires strong organizational skills, problem solving, and budget awareness, while maintaining superb resident service and vendor relationships. Weekend on-call may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance requests and repairs.
• Inspect community daily for maintenance needs and safety.
• Manage preventative maintenance and capital projects planning.
• Coordinate with vendors for bids and contracts.
• Maintain inventory within budget and manage supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and stakeholders.
• Plan and supervise Turn-related activities and on-call emergency maintenance.
