CBRE facilities professionals oversee a range of projects supporting maintenance and repair programs for assigned properties in Wisconsin. The team ensures efficient operations and compliance while coordinating services across multiple departments and vendors.

The role emphasizes contract development, emergency response readiness, and accurate record-keeping, with a focus on CBRE's values and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience (or combination of experience and education).
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Sophisticated math for percentages, fractions, and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate soft services for business units and establish specifications.
• Solicit bids, negotiate, and participate in contract development.
• Review vendor contracts and specify terms of agreements.
• Oversee services such as maintenance, landscaping, snow/ice removal, and paving.
• Be point of contact for emergencies and after-hours issues.
• Ensure records are managed per policies and legal requirements.
• Apply standard principles to accomplish complex assignments and provide solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across related disciplines.
