Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Engineer within CBRE's Engineering and Technical Services. You will support the account staff with technical and operational needs, oversee preventive maintenance, and ensure repairs align with CBRE standards.

The role requires leadership to guide a team, manage schedules, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree is preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience, plus strong MS Office skills and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and evaluating staff performance.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.
• Leadership to drive quality, efficiency, and department performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage the profits and losses of the department or a specific division.
• Develop goals and initiatives to direct the department's course; guide managers in policies.
• Evaluate company processes and procedures to solve issues within them.
• Ensure business operations are implemented based on established procedures.
• Keep track of regulatory records and paperwork.
• Lead by example and model CBRE values.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
