The role focuses on reliability, safety, and cost control within a facilities management framework. You will supervise staff, schedule activities, coordinate repairs with vendors, manage budgets and capital projects, ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of experience and education will be considered.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee training & development.
• Schedule and manage the team's daily activities and cross-train staff.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and address facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across facilities.
