Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a team responsible for operating and maintaining a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to mid-sized buildings. The role sits within Facilities Management and supports Property Managers on repairs and investment plans.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating repairs, managing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. A degree and driver’s license are preferred; field leadership and vendor management are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training and performance evaluations.
• Schedule and manage the team's daily activities and cross-train staff.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
