Job summary

CBRE seeks a Technical Supervisor in Wisconsin to lead a team delivering administrative, process-improvement and financial support to senior technical leaders. The role is part of Engineering and Technical Services, supporting maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.

You will coach staff, coordinate schedules, and align operational activities with CBRE standards, ensuring effective service delivery to internal and external clients.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of job-related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma required; combination considered.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with stakeholders to forecast workload and project deliverables.
• Manage and oversee workload, deadlines, and daily activities of the team.
