Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a team responsible for operating and maintaining a portfolio of buildings. You will oversee budgeting, capital projects, and safety compliance while coordinating with technicians, vendors, and property managers.

The role emphasizes staff development, performance coaching, and cross-training to ensure high quality facilities management and client satisfaction. This on-site leadership position requires strong organizational and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee training, development, evaluations and coaching.
• Schedule and manage the team’s daily activities, set work schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and suggest operational improvements.
• Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Oversee vendor relationships, invoicing and procurement of parts and services.
• Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs and safety.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
