Responsibilities

• Coordinates ongoing assessments, maintenance, alteration and improvement of District facilities.
• Oversees a large facilities-related database with report development and file maintenance.
• Maintains communication with District personnel and external organizations involved in capital projects.
• Prepares reports on completion stages and cost control measures.
