Job summary

You will oversee a relational database of facility components, generate reports, and support capital projects in collaboration with district personnel and external partners.

Required are a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, plus two years of professional experience in building project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or related discipline.
• Minimum two years of paid, professional experience in building project assessments using software.
• Experience with CMMS and data management.
• Familiarity with relational databases and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff performing facilities assessments and cost estimates.
• Review project plans and cost projections; ensure timely updates.
• Oversee a large facilities database and generate reports.
• Prepare progress and cost-control reports for administrators.
• Maintain communication with district personnel and external partners.
