Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or structural engineering, construction management, architecture or related field.
• Two years of full-time professional experience in building project assessments with CMMS knowledge.
• Six years in construction management with two years using a computerized maintenance system.

Responsibilities

• Supervises employees conducting facilities assessments and cost estimates for repairs.
• Reviews plans and specifications for projects and interprets drawings.
• Manages a large facilities database and maintains test and production automated databases.
• Prepares reports for administrators on completion stages and cost control measures.
