Job summary

The School District of Philadelphia seeks a Maintenance Resource Scheduler in the Plumbing Services department. This role coordinates ongoing assessment, maintenance, and improvements of District facilities and maintains a relational database of facility components and conditions.

Communicates with District personnel and external partners on capital projects. Responsibilities include supervising assessments, cost estimates, and ensuring timely documentation, with a starting salary of $67,348 for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or structural engineering, construction management, architecture or a related field.
Two years of full-time, paid, professional experience in building project assessments with CMMS knowledge.

Responsibilities

Supervises employees engaged in facilities assessments and cost estimates for proposed repairs.
Reviews plans and specs for projects; interprets drawings for renovations and updates records.
Coordinates a large facilities database and maintains data collection and reporting.
Keeps abreast of work in progress and prepares reports for admin officials.
