Job summary

JLL is seeking a Scheduler to support scheduling operations for mission-critical projects and facilities. You will develop detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and communicate schedule status to stakeholders in a remote capacity across multiple U.S.

locations. The role requires strong Primavera P6 skills, CPM scheduling knowledge, and collaboration with cost managers, project managers, and design teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• 5-8 years of direct relevant experience in construction scheduling or project controls.
• Strong proficiency in scheduling software including Primavera P6 (P6 EPPM or P6 Professional).
• Solid understanding of critical path method (CPM) scheduling principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for assigned capital projects.
• Define activity durations, logic relationships, constraints, and dependencies.
• Create baseline schedules and maintain version control.
• Monitor schedule performance and calculate SPI and schedule variance.
• Prepare schedule status reports and visual presentations (Gantt charts).
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and design disciplines to ensure integration.
