Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planner at our Seabrook, NJ facility. You will plan and schedule maintenance activities, maintain CMMS systems (E-maint a plus) and coordinate resources to maximize plant productivity.

Strong planning, backlogs management, and communication skills are essential. The role supports safety, food quality, and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement across maintenance operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or commensurate experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, can multi-task and manage projects.
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficient.

Responsibilities

• Plan work schedules to complete PMs, corrective and emergency work orders.
• Manage backlog to keep backlogged work orders to less than 14 days.
• Audit PMs in eMaint to ensure parts, comments and labor are recorded accurately.
• Prepare and maintain a weekly operator PM schedule and communicate to Operations.
