Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in construction project management and government contracting.
• Education may be offset by additional government-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations management and track maintenance completion.
• Support facility construction and alteration projects from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate with end users, agencies, and facility management for M&R status, funding, and reporting inputs.
• Develop project requirements with real-estate, environmental, budget, and A/E partners.
• Maintain project data in SharePoint, SAP, WMS, and TRIRIGA and ensure monthly updates.
