Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, with preferred OSHA-10 and experience in federal building management. On-site work and cross-agency collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five (5) or more years of relevant experience; education may be offset by additional government-related experience with COR approval.
• Preferred OSHA 10-hour training and experience in facility operations, maintenance and repair coordination or federal building management.
• Experience supporting acquisition packages, cost estimates, and budget/funding tracking.
• Familiarity with TRIRIGA (or successor), SAP, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience interfacing with customers, executing agencies, Facility and Infrastructure Managers, Maintenance Supervisors, and Work Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition support: assist program managers with procurement timelines, documentation, and performance measures.
• Funding management and budget: track funding, submit PRRs, monitor SAP actions, and report monthly.
• M&R coordination and reporting: prepare monthly status reports and maintain contract data for reporting needs.
• Facility operations management: monitor maintenance work, develop repair solutions, and ensure proper documentation.
