Job summary

GBTI Solutions Inc. seeks a senior Facility Project Manager to support the USBP and AMO site operations, with emphasis on facility operations, sustainment, repair, and alteration work, as well as construction projects that keep sites mission-ready.

You will manage the facility portfolio lifecycle and ensure data accuracy in government systems of record. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of construction project management experience, plus knowledge of TRIRIGA, SAP, SharePoint,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience in construction project management.
• Experience with Government contracting.
• Education requirements may be offset by additional relevant experience with Government client approval.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations management and monitor maintenance.
• Assist Government in developing repair solutions and required documentation.
• Assist with oversight of environmental task completion.
• Coordinate with customers, executing agencies, and managers on M&R status and funding.
• Manage project requirements from initiation to closeout and maintain data in systems.
• Support project planning, risk, budget, scope, and schedule; review contracts.
• Keep project data current in SharePoint, SAP, WMS, and TRIRIGA monthly.
