Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five or more years of relevant experience.
• Education requirements may be offset by additional relevant experience with Government client and COR approval.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition support for program-management consulting and analysis.
• Assist Program and Project Managers with procurement timelines, milestones, and acquisition documentation, plans, and performance measures.
• Help develop requirements documents (SOW, SOO, PWS) consistent with USACE, FAA, GSA, CBP, HSAR, FAR, and applicable policy.
• Assist with Market Research, Determinations of Findings, and Analysis of Alternatives (minimum of three capable vendors).
• Assist with IGCEs and lifecycle cost estimates through market research, historical pricing, comparative analysis, and related documentation.
