Job summary

Gbti-Solutions-Inc is seeking a facilities operations professional to support on-site government real property management. You will assist with procurement timelines, cost estimates, and documentation while tracking funding and budget in SAP and TRIRIGA.

Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, reporting project status, and interfacing with customers and agencies to ensure mission-ready facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five+ years of relevant experience.
• Education offset may be considered with additional relevant government experience and COR approval.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition support and assist program/project managers with procurement timelines and documentation.
• Track funding, budget, and use SAP and TRIRIGA to update financial status monthly.
• Prepare monitoring and reporting documentation for M&R and facility operations.
• Interface with customers, executing agencies, and facility managers to coordinate maintenance and environmental task completion.
